How can I get the opnet modeler of university program?

I need the LTE simulation for my thesis. I have opnet academic version. However it can not support LTE. So I want to try the LTE simulation of my thesis over the opnet modeler of university program.

Since I am a beginner for opnet, anyone can suggest me about the LTE simulation over the opnet modeler. And also, let me know how to get opnet modeler of university program.
