I think it would be difficult to obtain such data, but you can use an instrument to identify this type of data and collect it from the target group for your study. I have attached a link to the Social Sciences Measurement database that can help you to find such instrument.

to what specific situation do you need the data? because your way of gathering information about the students' attributes may differ depending upon your purpose...
However, one of the best way to get data on those attributes is through standardized tests such as personality test (for personality), learning style inventory (to measure learning style).. there are tests available online that you can use.

Facebook groups work quite well with students. Maybe you could program the personality test for feedback - motivates more students to participate if they get feedback on their profile.
