I am working on a paper in which it has been proven that the justification of unethical behaviour is influenced by three variables,namely "economic rationalization,"developmental realism" and "institutional dependency".Although through review I know the meaning of each of these terms but how do I construct items(statements) for judging the same.The same will then become my questionnaire questions.In case I construct the same myself,then how do I validate the same for my research paper?
