Is there a built in command which helps to find the total volume occupied by a a residue or its volume fraction in GROMACS? If not, how to approach the problem?
I am not interested in finding the cavity/free volume.
Thanks.
gmx sasa -tv should do it. Create an index group for the residue of interest and you can get either of the quantities you're interested in.
Thank you so much Justin sir.
Coming from a developer of the package, it means a lot.
Have always followed your tutorials to learn about GROMACS.
I feel a proud GROMACS user now.

When I tried to energy minimization my system, I got fatal error as below. Fatal error: Atomtype opls_116 not found Although I've already added this line: ; include water #include "oplsaa.ff/spc.itp" to [molecultype] directive in my topology.

Hello, good day! I am trying to simulate similar bimorph piezoelectric harvester with below commands. However, the output power doesn't change with resistor value. Please help to find the reason.
