Analyze the structure. Then select only the nodes in the particular story of interest.

Print Tables, Analysis Results, Joint Assembled Masses, Selection Only.

You will get a report of the masses assigned to the selected nodes. This report also contains the sum of the joint masses for ALL nodes. The reported SUM is not for only the selected nodes. So you need to copy and paste the reported masses in EXCEL and sum them to get the story sum.
