I have two complex valued arrays of size 537600 each and I want to find the cross correlation coefficient between them. I know that the data is not linear that’s why pearson will not be helpful in finding coefficient. Any leads?

cross-correlation coefficient measures the similarity between such kinda values. You can also use Kendall Tau correlation coefficient
