Seems that you have two inductive couplers - rather strong coupling will be realized. Would be easier to tune two capacitive coupling ports possibly through side walls. Are you using the resonator for measurement purposes? In my eyes the diameter could be higher compared to the length in order to get higher Q value. And the mode is first order TEM, others can be tricky to handle.

I think HFSS feeds with first TEM mode automatically in this case because you have coaxial inputs. Other modes are at higher frequencies that can be calculated by eigenmode solvers.
