How can I exfoliate bismuth telluride using scotch tape to the substrate?

Where as I am using glass substrate, I am getting difficult to transfer? Any suggestions?

I am trying to exfoliate the bismuth telluride using scotch tape method to the substrate. But I am not getting sict to the substrate. Is there any suggestions, how can I make this?

Instead of using scotch tape, use similar tape without out glue and rub it with silk or move on a thicker glass rod and generate static charges and use it. Works great. This is a secret and do not tell any one.
