i proposed an extanded XACML framework for grid computing access control , i need a plateform or a language to evaluate time of treatement of an access control request in case of my extended XACML framework and compare it with time of evalution of one access control request in case of the standard XACML framework.

Generally, the authors cite the tool used in the section of performance evaluation.

Usually, a tool is selected based on the grid computing environment. That's why most of the performance evaluation strategies discuss a case study followed by the tool used. You can select a tool is it's similar to any case study discussed in the literature.
If you are using a grid dataset, there will be plenty of options to choose from relevant literature.

I think you can do it although I did cloud work in VANET but not in XACML you preferred. But I think you can test access control performance.
