I wanted to ask if someone who has the experience of drawing schematic images in articles, through what ways or software schematic images can be drawn - such as mechanisms, for example, the schematic of the mechanism of a corrosion model in a material?

Dear Akbar, it depends on your needs.
For 2D images and simple pseudo-3D/Isometric images Affinity Designer works great. It has very basic CAD tools (and can open DWG and DXF files) like dimensions and areas, snapping etc. but for any general Design, Pages Layout, Art illustrations etc. is great. License is perpetrual and very cheap. I use it for presentations layouts too.
For real 3D there is tons of software like new kid in the block, Plasticity.
Probably, for your nees MS Office 365 tools like Visio or Power Point but if you need more detailed illustrations to made or want to improve your general layout skills (quite useful for scientist, teacher or lecturer) Affinity will do great (with some learning curve to handle though).

There is also plethora of online solo or collaborative tools but I old-fashionly preder stand-alone PC apps (Affinity also made an iPad version ofo Designer)
