I am going to use an visible light source (400 - 700 nm, with peak maxima around 450 and 600 nm for my photocatalytic experiments. How can I determine fluence rate (mW cm-2) for the same?

I performed ferrioxalate actinometry and determined the fluence rate as 315 mW cm-2 for wavelength 436 nm. But the light source I am using is mutichromatic (400 - 700 nm, with peak maxima around 450 and 600 nm). Please advice as what is the best method of finding the fluence rate for the visible light source I have.
