Tough to say the reason, it could be a number of possibilities.

Heres some questions/stuff you can try:

1) Which LO is failing to lock RX or TX? The logic is in the

tune_rx_and_tx() routine of the .cpp file.

2) Perhaps the timeout is marginal. Does increasing the timeout allow

for lock?

3) Perhaps locking at lower frequencies is marginal. Does increasing the

start frequency --freq_start allow for lock across all frequencies in range?

4) Perhaps there is a hw issue? Does the board work as expected with

simple test tones, transmit and receive. Do you have another device to

cross reference?
