How can I analyze multiple mediation model with longitudinal data?

Hello, I have a question about analyzing multiple mediation model with longitudinal data.

My research model is, X: Class size, M1: instructors' interpersonal skill, M2: instructors' competence-building skill, Y: Students' satisfaction (for 5 years!)

I've been searching for a lot of articles that analyze the model using cross-section data (usually combined with the SPSS macro model 4)

But I have a difficulty in judging if it is still valid in panel longitudinal data.

I've found articles that have similar settings and empirical strategy with mine, but I could not find out which software packages they used and command syntax...

Here multiple mediation model was verified with the combination of bootstrapping and random effect regression model.

Can anyone help me with finding out the relevant software and syntax?
