If you want you can test with the formulas in the word attach, and using phis = 180°.

For calculate the cutting force you need to apply:

Fc = kc x Zc x S

Where Fc = cutting force in N;

kc = Especific cutting force in N/mm2

Zc = number of teeth in contact

S = cutting area

Zc = (Z*Phis)/360°; Z = total teeth of mill cutter

S = ae x hm
