Help with Polymath Error (There's a fractional exponent with a negative mantissa, which is apparently not allowed!) ?

I'm working on Modeling of dissolution and biodegradation of BTEX compounds in oily sludge compound of Petrochemical refinery industries, and need to have fractional exponents in my rate equations.Does anyone know about this error in Polymath? Please find the attached.
