I did not meet such recommendations also. I think this is probably due to the fact that  renal artery thrombosis is a rare and often misdiagnosed condition. As  an infrequent nature of this pathology (from single case reports to a small cohort of17-20 pts were described only) does not exist large prospective studies evaluated the optimal treatment  (the use of low molecular weight heparin or thrombolytics or using medical management vs. surgical management or percutaneous rheolytic thrombectomy).
