I have synthesized acyl thiourea derivative for metal sensing it show the yellow colour but in UV photometer i got maximum absorbance at 340 nm?

Aly and Pierre D. Harvey Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., 2017,19, 21532-21539. Also if your substituents extend the conjugation of your system the emission of the thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridine maybe red shifted enough to be observed in the visible (of course if such emission exists).
