Countries pursuing development goals, such as Turkey, will certainly pay attention to these issues because of more competition. But countries like Afghanistan can not care at all about the future and the real development of the country because of the bigger problems of the day. Some countries, although willing to participate in these competitions, but their problems can not be solved with the usual intelligent transportation solutions
