Has anyone had success in converting Waters MSe .raw to mzXml in msconvert or using other software?

I am trying to convert my MSe.raw data from Masslynx to .mzxml using MSconvert. It is well converted, however all files are described as MS1 level. When I upload this converted file in GNPS website for Chemical netwotking, an error appears, probably becarse my MSe data is converted in MS1 instead of MS2.

Has anyone how I can solve this problem?
