has any neuroscience fMRI been assesed the effects of foster care placement with foster chidlren?

I'm concerned about the effects of foster care on the brains of foster children. And has any fMRI been performed or has any child been followed to see the effects of removal, subsequent placement with strangers on brain development and attachment areas of the brain.
