For future reference, it would be nice if everybody could be more specific if they have questions so that other people can more efficiently answer them. Also, please try to use proper grammar. Thanks. Lastly, if your question can be easily answered using google or wikipedia, please check there first! This site is supposed to be a hub for research, not a Q&A for basic knowledge that can be found anywhere.
Very true and its always better to loose all of your energy firstly before asking anybody else. However all the querries will be given equal importance and there will be no partiallity on the basis of level of the question. Even very understandable things sometimes seems almost unexplainable. As a naturalized American, my advice as a business and engineering professional, SPELLING and GRAMMAR in written text is a strong indicator of credibility and intelligence. If you want to continue to create vague questions and use choppy grammar, then don't be surprised if American users don't take you seriously or ignore your questions completely. This is likely a result of Americans dealing with other Americans who are in fact not very intelligent and this level of intelligence has a high correlation with sub-standard SPELLING and GRAMMAR (this is just my theory).
