While your study is only a systematic review, it’s important to note that PRISMA guidelines apply to both systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
So even if you're not conducting a meta-analysis, you can still use PRISMA, but the sentence should reflect only what you're actually doing. You can write that in your proposal or in the Study protocol using the appropriate references. Example. " The proposed systematic review will be conducted following the PRISMA guidelines."
Also note that it is quite comprehensive if you are able conduct meta-analysis since pooled estimates are useful in various fields.

I agree with the previous message..! you can say: "the proposed systematic review (without meta-analysis) will be conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. Or, "the proposed systematic review will be conducted following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines.
