Fatique response is time based phenomenon and you would able to simulate the response under the applied load with respect to time. I recommend you to read ANSYS and ABAQUS software manual. Yes, I do agree with Hugo Silva , first perform sensitivity analysis on easy handleing software like solidworks then go for Ansys.
If you are not familiar with solidworks then,
Ansys workbench will be more user friendly to get the things done initially, it will help you to identify the exact parameters required as an input to the analysis.
Before that, get your ANALYTICAL calculation ready to countercheck the closeness of the FEA simulation.
