From where can I download benchmark datasets for dialogue act classification?

I am looking for benchmark datasets to test my dialogue act classifiers more thoroughly. I am considering Vermobil, Switchboard or Map-Task, which are frequently cited, but I can't find a repository from which I can download them. Any suggestions or recommendations for alternatives would be appreciated.
