Im a new user of Acutech Systems BAT 750B Battery Automatic Tester. I have difficulty in computing some parameters that need to be inputted in the machine specifically :
Current Applied (mA) = {wt of active materials (pure)} x C rate x Ctheo x composition of activ mat
please provide sample if possible.

Generally, the applied current (A) = current density (A/g) x wt of active materials (g).
The wt of active materials = total wt of the electrode materials (g, including the active material, carbon black and binder) x the wt content of active materials （g）.
The current density (A/g) = C rate (C) x C theo (A h/g). 1 C means the electrode can deliver the all capacity in 1 h under such current.
For example, the C theo of graphite is 372 mA h/g. The wt of total electrode is 1 mg. If the wt ratio of active material, carbon black and binder is 8:1:1, the wt of active material is 0.8 mg. The current density of 2C = 2x372 mA/g=744 mA/g. The applied current = 744x0.8 μA= 595.2μA. Pay attention to the unit conversion.
