yes,fish red blood cells have nucleus.But blood cells of different fish spieces have their morphological fitures(singularity).Even quantity of red blood cells depends on age,season ,sex,phisiological conditions and spieces.I recommend you find the articles of Reite,O.B. in "Fish&Shelfish Immunology" and "Journal of Fish Diseases"
