I am open to continuously improving my technology skills. I want to become more intentional about applying new digital tools in my classroom.

I advocate for using educational technology but am still growing in my confidence to lead initiatives or mentor colleagues in this area. I would like to become a more vocal and informed leader within my school community.

I model respectful, ethical use of technology and teach digital citizenship to my students. I could improve by helping students understand privacy, cybersecurity, and managing their digital footprint.
