Greetings from the BCU Business School! My feedback is:
It is not too long.
I think there may be a better word that authenticity, e.g. "An investigation of faithfulness to stated pedagogical values in..."
Do you really need care and education? If you are planning a curriculum, surely the education aspect is more relevant? Perhaps a reference to care could be made in the aim and objectives.
It seems to be broad. You still need to narrow it down. Adequate literature reviews on what has been done, what has not been done, areas of disagreements or conflicts, etc. will help you to raise research unique research questions or topics.
These articles about narrowing down manuscripts and writing for technical, periodical, and conference might be helpful.
Peter Samuels This is great, thank you! And you brought up a good point. The field is normally called Early Childhood Care and Education, or ECCE in short, in Singapore. I wasn't sure if it would be sensible to use an acronym in my title but you're right, I could just call it Early Childhood Education. Thank you so much, this helps!
Vincent Adegoke Thank you for this! I'm not looking for a research question, just strictly a title for my research paper that will help to highlight the aim of my research. The ultimate aim, if it helps, is to find out the challenges Early Child Educators encounter in implementing emergent curriculum approaches in an authentic manner in their programmes. Hope this helps, and thank you in advance!
I love your topic and I am sure it will answer the question that has been eating me all these years. I am a little bit concerned though about the focus of your topic. It seems to be multilayered. I would advise you to focus on one aspect, that is; authenticity of pedagogies or that of curriculum planning in Early Childhood Care and Education . If I was in your position I would follow the first rewording suggestion by Javeed Kittur.
Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone experienced in the field of Education can help me out. I've got my current title reworded to this: Authenticity of Pedagogy in Curriculum
