I have incorporated Fe in SBA-15. What could be possible reduction temperature when measured by Temperature program reduction (TPR).
The strength of iron cations binding with a support, as a thermodynamic parameter of the iron-support system, must inevitably influence on the reduction of iron, determining its kinetics and depth.
I think, approximately 600 C temperature is needed to initiate the iron reduction in your case.
Addition answer,...Temperature Program Reduction is a tool understanding the reducibility of material at certain temperature. It is meant that the capability of material's cations to be reduced . So, this characteristic is of course affected by the environment neighbors or the support (whether the nearest neighbors have attractive or inductive properties against electrons in cations of the material). In other words, the support will promote the cations to donate or to prevent its electrons due to the reaction happened at certain temperature ( can be shifted to lower or higher temperature)..
