I am conducting a qualitative study that involves interviewing participants, and I am currently preparing my informed consent form. I would appreciate it if anyone could share a sample of a consent form they have used that would include consent to share their data and for the interview to be recorded, or point me toward resources/templates related to:

• GDPR-compliant consent forms (if applicable in your context)
