Tuna eat a lot of Lagocephalus, e.g. L.lagocephalus is "is a forage species for larger pelagics" (Carpenter, K.E. & De Angelis, N., eds. 2016. The living marine resources of the Eastern Central Atlantic. Volume 4: Bony fishes part 2 (Perciformes to Tetradontiformes) and Sea turtles. FAO Species Identification Guide for Fishery Purposes, Rome, FAO. pp. 2343–3124). From my experience this species an important prey for yellowfin tuna and bigeye tuna at St Helena.
Shevy Bat-Sheva Rothman all the Lagocephalus sp. as also Torquigener flavimaculosus and Sphoeroides pachygaster are reported as Lagocephalus because fishermen don't know they are different species and in Greece there is no common name like pufferfish and is used the latin word Lagocephalus (Λαγοκέφαλοι) as common name for all of them.
And the greek name of Torquigener flavimaculosus is Νανολαγοκέφαλος, which is translated to dwarf lagocephalus.
Very few fishermen have started to learn their greek common names but it is like few pins in a hay farm.
