Brain waves usually interpreted in cognitive areas (i.e. prefrontal, frontal), but I did not find in sensory-motor areas. Hence, Does any one to help me that what is the interpretation of brain waves (Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma) functions in sensory (Parietal)-Motor (Central) areas?

My understanding is: the brainwaves are carrier signals; they facilitate communication between various brain nodes.
Brain nodes communicate via temporal codes, like Morse code. They communicate in 'spike trains' which are carefully-timed activations and pauses in neuronal output. A temporal code is best interpreted, when it is nested within a predictable time-signal. This time signal tells the receiving structure what the signal-base, or 'rhythm' of transmission is, which helps that receiving structure decode the incoming signal. It's like sentence structure; it helps make grammatical sense of the vocabulary of communication.
The various wavelengths represent neuronal conversations on various scales. Thus, the shortest wavelengths indicate communication between a neuron and its immediate neighbors. But the longer wavelengths, like gamma, can hold a great deal of information, like a concept or a decision.
Theta is an even longer wavelength, which carries episodic memory. Episodic memory is at the apex of the hierarchy of reports in the brain, as it is the most sophisticated single representation of all the conclusions that contributed to it. What we remember about our lives all exists within that theta: it's all the experiences that we've ever had.
