The most used currently may be the MOCA test, Montreal Cognitive Assessment test. It is online at MOCAtest.org, Here is a link to a citation for the german translation: https://www.thieme-connect.com/products/ejournals/abstract/10.1055/s-0032-1301641
Hope this is helpful. MMSE is now a copyrighted test and you need a license to use it or you could pay a fine.
The computerized self test (CST): an interactive, internet accessible cognitive screening test for dementia. Dougherty JH Jr1, Cannon RL, Nicholas CR, Hall L, Hare F, Carr E, Dougherty A, Janowitz J, Arunthamakun J.
I recommend investigating The General Practitioner assessment of Cognition (GPCOG). It is a free of cost computerised screening tool for cognitive impairment that is designed for use in primary care settings (not a self test) and is available in several languages. The test, details and references may be found on the website:
The 6CIT is very brief, I find it quite helpful and feasible, though. See Brooke and Bullock (1999) for validation and cut-offs and http://www.patient.co.uk/doctor/six-item-cognitive-impairment-test-6cit for a computerized version. Since its in English, it might not be feasible with Austrian patients. However, the items can easily be translated without affecting its validity (in my opinion).
