Thank you very much, Amin, for the links! Yeah, I also can not access the www.iranhydrography.ncc.org.ir/ website. Are there wave height data there? I have tried to google-translate the www.ncc.org.ir site, but it does not show any registration option. The question is, what is the policy to use that data? If you register and download it can you send it around? Should be written somewhere.

The only way that you can get the needed wave characteristics data from PMO ( Iran's marine organization) is that you ask the marine authorities of your country (Estonia) to request the specified data from PMO.

For domestic students in Iran it is possible through a letter from the student's supervisor.

If you just want to do research about a specific area in Iran's territorial waters, a mail from the officials of your country is the Victory Bridge for you.
