Here is a summary document from the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT). This document includes the information you are looking for, and is available in Spanish, English and French. I've also attached another document that summarizes the growth parameters that are adopted by ICCAT for use in stock assessments.

ICCAT is the regional fisheries management organization (RFMO) that manages tunas and tuna-like species in the Atlantic Ocean and adjacent Seas. You can find more information on their website. In particular, look at the "ICCAT Manual".

In fact I had already seen the manual, but I feel are very different in the K value for each author becose some one use spines other otolits etc... the growth Appendix 4.1 you send me I didnt have it, I red it and is very intersting ! , thank you very much, also I found a document that unifies all iccat catch datas  to standardize these parameters (k, to, Loo) and eliminate some errors, I dont know if youve read it but I will attached you  in case you want to check it, is very intersting.
