Why you don't use "Deep Soil" program? It covers Linear, Equivalent linear and Nonlinear analysis of layered soil. In other words, this program is suitable for time domain and frequency domain analysis of layered soil under earthquake loading.

Actually I'm going to understand how do black box soft wares such as deep-soil produce results and so being able to change some features.
