Transformational leadership behaviour can be seen at all management levels, but the question should be: To what extent transformational leadership behaviour and emotional intelligence can work effectively across all management levels? and How do institutional factors, such as firm's size, sector, national culture, organisational culture...etc affect the effectiveness of transformational behaviour and emotional intelligence?

The transformational leader moves in his work through established value systems such as justice and integrity. Internal values are values that can not be negotiated or exchanged among individuals. By expressing these personal standards, a transformational leader unites his followers and can change their beliefs and goals. The question remains whether this is possible. Can this concept be applied to the size of the society of the company, or its impact on the size of a larger society such as the community of country?

Emotional Intelligence and transformational leadership is almost established.

Yes Level 5 leadership can be considered as transformational and to be specific can emotional intelligence concept applied need to be analysed but as the leadership need to surpass the emotional intelligence that is what is currently being understood in management stiudies and being currently fallowed in top managements

Some relationship must exist as the Level 5 leadership and transformation leadership have many things in common
