As you know, women in almost all countries often don't have so much opportunity for being an entrepreneur. In addition, entrepreneurship of women is more difficult in the context of refugees. On the other hand, entrepreneurship is one the most important mechanisms for integration of economic and refugee migrants. Therefore, empowering entrepreneurial activities of women in the context of refugees is crucial for integration of refugees into their host countries and development of economies of these countries.

Actually there is a trend of research to empower rural female communities, specially female headed households. This empowerment is by creating awareness and training in entrepreneurship.

Dilara, I did not mean entrepreneurship at home, I meant entrepreneurship applied in farming and innovative ideas of farming. Feminists will be happy with that. What I recommended is entrepreneurship in the management of owned farms by female households [houses whose income and financial issues are under female efforts].

Poverty alleviation efforts worldwide is not done by male & female engineers [though they may contribute], it is done by the rural and agricultural communities in the different continents [more than 55%], those who are directly involved in food of all sorts production. Engineers are supporters to the efforts though some engineers may be farmers themselves.

Worldwide women are trained (3rd-world countries) within the hotel industry (cleaning rooms), food industry (kitchen upkeep), and other positions that would be considered as the lowest pay. The men are trained for positions that are usually related to computers, sales, etc... Perhaps the world needs to realize that women need better paid professions the same as men.

How about Women intrapreneur. There is a loan recovery firm in my locality with all women employee.Now having all women employee firm is not unique in the context of American states of Europe but for an emerging nations such as India which is precisely characterized by a patriarchal society and working women either in unskilled jobs or soft jobs (while collars) an all women firm is quite interesting.

Dear Dilara, why not develop a global app for women to connect with each other for coaching, entrepreneurship or for sharing ideas? To improve the condition all the world, more contact and collaboration are needed where all kinds of women with expertise can connect with each other to build capacity. Very often in remote areas all over the world there are possibilities hidden to achieve success by unlocking knowledge and insights which are already there. And as Prahalad came up with the theory of fortune at the bottom of the pyramid, we can formulate the hypothesis that the greatest chances for development are hidden in the network of women. As is e.g. shown in the ‘me too’-movement, maybe some problems we are trying to solve, the solutions are to be found in the network of women. The capacities of women in business are maybe not represented enough and may through such an app those capacities can be serviced which can be beneficial to the whole world.
