In India, since last one decades farmer's suicides increasing gradually, it's main cause is that weather calamities creates problems in Agricultuaral production, marketing and processing.
It creates financial crisis in rural areas particularly in farming community. And this is a one of the reasons out of another factors responsible for farmers suicides
Livestock is the main assets or inputs in Agricultuaral business and hence insurance for Agricultuaral as well as livestock is a most important and useful factor to sustaining farming business as well as reducing Farmer's depression.
It is urgent need to make national policy and implementation for rehabilitation after climatic uncertainties or weather disasters .
