Do for work NLTK(semantic similarity package). i need to download Corpora NLTK(more 3GB)?

NLTK is best package for semantic similarity with python programming, i download setup this package,but not working.

I have used the previous version of nltk 2.7 , however I found the problem is with the combatability between python and nltk.

My experience revealed that , the best is to download a package like JetBrains PyCharm Community Edition
