Have you thought about using any of the current models for Parkinson's disease:
1. alpha synuclein mouse
2. 6-OHDA mice
3. MPTP treated mice.
If you really are interested in developing a new model, you have to consider a new method of selectively creating a loss of dopaminergic stimulation in midbrain neurons. A new method could consist of selective dopamine receptor antagonist; but there are no drugs that can currently target just the midbrain dopaminergic neurons.
I would suggest that instead of making a new mouse model, which would be a huge undertaking, that you instead use one of the models listed above.
I'm trying to develop it with some chemicals which are supposed to produce neuron damage in brain and that ultimately leads to the dopaminergic loss and parkinson.
