I wanna design ANN controller for load frequency control of interconnected power systems. Who can help me?
Matlab code for ANN and Matlab simulink is ready but my problem is, I don't know exactly how to do it.
My problem:
1.What would be the dataset for input(s) and output? What would be my input and output source?
2.How can I connect the Simulink with ANN code?I mean how I can run this Simulink with the output of ANN matlab code?
some documents like Matlab file can help me a lot.

1- Neuro-fuzzy and soft computing - A Computational Approach to Learning and Machine Intelligence (Jang 1997)
2- Neural Systems for Control (Omidvar 1997)

First we have to learn how to use ANN toolbox from MATLAB Help: Neural Network Toolbox Getting Started Guide. There is so much of help available in MATLAB including Demos. Make use of this facility.
Hatef, you need to know first, what is the shortcoming of the existing techniques that you need the ANN to take care of?
Practically speaking, be aware that ANN is computationally expensive, its response follows a statistical model (it is not deterministic) and therefore, might not be a best match for power system applications.
Finally, I suggest if you like to develop an ANN model for testing, use Python sklearn or tensorflow as they have many nice packages for training and testing your models.
