Actually i have designed uwb mimo antenna at the frequency range 3.1 to 10.6 GHz. but i have set the frequency range 3.1 to 16 GHz. but always the below mentioned message it will come while i am simulating. Could any one help in this regard.
Defined reference frequency for open boundary condition (9 GHz) is larger than the lowest relevant system frequency (monitor at 2 GHz). Please check open boundary settings to ensure accurate monitor results for the lowest frequency of interest.
You probably need to set the frequency for the open boundary condition to 2 GHz or below so that it is good at low frequencies. An open boundary condition is equivalent to a Perfectly Matched Layer, which needs to be thicker to work well at low frequencies.
Probably you have a field monitor at 2 GHz and defined the boundary conditions at 9 GHz. So if you have your expected band from 3.1-16 GHz, you need to define the boundary conditions at lowest relevant frequency (3.1GHz, in your case).

I do agree with all of them. First of all, for open boundary condition (PML), you have to thicken your outer layer, which would be your port, I suppose. Or, Thereafter, you can go to boundary settings and set your electric field and magnetic field at X, Y and Z directions. Or you can first set your field monitor, at your desired frequency.
