unfortunately most data refer to 1990 or 2000!!

Every database has an inbuilt filter which also include the year of publication for every published articles in a journal indexed in that particular database. You can used this filter to include research papers for whatever time period you want.

Firstly, I would like to know which website/textbook/journal/registry/database you have searched. B'coz, I wonder as you said, you haven't found an updated figures for such a notorious disease condition. I assume you have referred to some paper which had published a while ago or that particular paper/journal might be of low quality.
Eventually, I strongly recommend you to go through standard scientific databases such as, PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Web of Science and Cochrane library etc, for the updated and most recent figures.

and googled every keyword pertinent with: Annual peripheral nerve injuries.
and also I can imply the firs citation of this Article" Recent Advances in Strategies for Peripheral Nerve Tissue Engineering" have been published in 2018 and dear Dr. Christine E. Schmidt and dear Dr. Sahba Mobini. Forevermore, the antecedent reports exist in this article(2008) " Artificial nerve tubes and their application for repair of peripheral nerve injury: an update of current concepts " , so on. Overall, I will consider your directions seriously and I will answer later what have resulted.
