Can anyone please suggest any authors or papers whereby I can construct question item for job performance. I am having problems finding question items with limited questions. My IV has six variables, and there's still employees perception as moderator variable. Can someone suggest a helpful question items so that my questionnaire doesn't become too lengthy.

Hi I am Tria, may be you can use Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) from Koopman (2016). IWPQ is a generic and short scale. It consists of 18 items (3 dimensions). Actually this year I did the adaptation of IWPQ into bahasa Indonesia. There are 3 version of IWPQ: Dutch version, English American version, and Indonesia version. You can construct the question based on two things. First from the perspective of reality, which you acquire the reality of what is happening out there. Second is on the idealistic situation i.e. what people believe to be the best condition. We can chat further to have better insight!
