Most postgraduate students study part-time because they are employed full-time. Some of them struggle to juggle between their work and studies. Sometimes these students struggle to stay motivated throughout their postgraduate journey. This may cause frustration on both the student and the supervisor. My question, therefore, is: As a postgraduate supervisor, how can you support and motivate your supervisees to make sure that they stay focused and they complete their research in record time?
