Add 0.01-0.1% triethylamine to the eluent. The amount is depending on the used silicagel. It worked for me when TBDMSi, THP,, trityl, or 2-methoxypropyl protecting groups were on my molecule. Before you are doing the column chromatography, try it with TLC (the silicagel/compound ratio is 2-5 order of magnitude higher so if it works with TLC almost sure that it works with column).

Of course if your molecule is simultaneously sensitive for bases, that might cause a problem. After the TLC you can decide the how much TEA is necessary but not disturbing.
