It is my question to agriculture researcher, How efficiently do you think we are fully understand our laboratory or field data before writhing a manuscript. We try to do some graphic representation with excel or spss or statistica or we will rake our data to statistician who spent his whole life social field and have zero understanding to our data( I mean contextual understanding) ? I will say agricultural researcher need to learn some efficient way of data visualization like R and python.

Most cases researchers are not clear about their research aim. One should clear about research aim, hypothesis, then every thing will be ok. Statistics only show output of your research in quantifying form....
I fully agree: the key to success is formulating a clear question (hypothesis) or clear objectives. The Methodology follows.
Objective of the research are set by all the researchers keeping the hypothesis in mind however how strong is it depends upon the working groups and affiliation.
