R for data science by Hadley Wickham (http://r4ds.had.co.nz/)
edX.org is another choice, as is Coursera.org. Codeschool.com has a course in R, along with GitHub and devtools. The datascience specialization in Coursera was good, though I only had time to go through the first two courses. That got me through loading R, Rstudio, and GitHub (first course), and then learning R (second course). I suggest doing both because you need GitHub to submit the coursework.
There is also R in Action that seems fairly good, though I have only started working through it. I thought there was an online course focused on this book, but I seem to have lost it for the moment.
