I am working on deceptive functions to evaluate the evolutionary algorithms. I could find Damavandi function as one deceptive function, but I could not find more. I need at least five deceptive functions. Could anyone please introduce me some other deceptive functions (or maybe the matlab source code )

The geatbx (Genetic and Evolutionary Algorithm Toolbox ) toolbox implemented about 15 functions for parametric optimization, see whether any of these are useful for you.
